SYL-48V Series Overview
SYL-48V series PWM solar charge controllers provide 40A / 50A / 60A charging options with 12V/24V/36V/48V automatic system voltage recognition. They support lead-acid, LiFePO4 and lithium-ion batteries with adjustable charging settings.

Operation and Construction
5V/2A USB output, load timer control, manual override and MOSFET over-temperature protection activated above 85°C. Maximum PV open-circuit voltage: 100V. The controller uses a black plastic housing with an aluminum heat sink base and an LCD display.
Dimensions: 184 × 131 × 60 mm. Operating temperature: −10°C to +45°C. Protection rating: IP21.
System Selection and Installation
Select the model according to charging current, battery voltage and load requirements. Set charging parameters to match the battery manufacturer’s requirements. Connect the battery first, then the PV panel, and finally the DC load. Match the solar panel voltage to the battery system and keep PV open-circuit voltage within the controller limit.
